What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to earth, passionate about company, inclusive.
They are approachable and care about our ideas and opinions
They listen. They are open to new ideas. They communicate and explain or give context for business decisions. They're not only willing but encouraging and supportive of trying new things. This along with the trust and respect they foster in our culture creates an extremely fulling work community.
Smart, open, collaborative, and driven to succeed
The Zift Leadership Team is available, engaged, creative and supportive not only of company goals but also individual staff goals. The Leadership team encourages staff feedback and is always transparent with us on company decisions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Continuing to push innovation through product, be aggressive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are 100% covered for the employee.
The sales commission is the best part of my compensation package as there's incentive for closing new and add-on business.
Compensation and benefits are competitive, but flexible open PTO is unique and valuable
Savings & Health Benefits are competitive and not overly costly to staff, Zift contributes a generous amount.
Its a fair package with excellent health insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits package is a little light compared to other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Innovative and results driven, plus enjoy work life balance and having fun.
People are always willing to help each other and pitch in whenever needed.
We are very collaborative to ensure customer delight.
We're viewed as a critical factor in the long term success of our customers. We're not clones of each other and everyone brings a unique strength to the table.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a focus on rewarding excellence and sharing our wins.
To me, the most positive aspect of our company culture and environment is the way that the LT radiates the the values they tout. There's so many people that you can point to and say, "that's an exemplary attitude/behavior".
We joke a lot. We share and talk a lot to make a good work environment.
General up beat attitude and reaching out for help.
We care about one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to focus more on DEI
What did you like most about the interview process?
Great connection with Recruiting Manager - someone I could work for.
I got to meet all the leadership team that I would be interacting with.
I'm not sure if everyone's interview was like mine, but I interviewed with multiple people on the LT and a few senior members of the team I'm on. Throughout the interview process there seemed to be a mutual excitement that our paths had crossed...shared hope that we'd end up together.
They were extremely thorough in making sure it was going to be the right fit/challenge for me at this point in my career.
People wanted to get to know me instead of just test my credentials

What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to take on initiatives that will deliver results.
I am happy with all 3 elements that go into job satisfaction: I like the company direction & leadership, as well as my immediate manager and the job itself.
Really feeling empowered. We're encouraged to be confident and act when we know what the right thing to do is. Employees don't need to ask permission for much. We're largely trusted to do what's right for the customer and for the company.
The product is very good. The service is very professional.
