There is a focus on rewarding excellence and sharing our wins.
To me, the most positive aspect of our company culture and environment is the way that the LT radiates the the values they tout. There's so many people that you can point to and say, "that's an exemplary attitude/behavior".
We joke a lot. We share and talk a lot to make a good work environment.

I am happy with all 3 elements that go into job satisfaction: I like the company direction & leadership, as well as my immediate manager and the job itself.
Really feeling empowered. We're encouraged to be confident and act when we know what the right thing to do is. Employees don't need to ask permission for much. We're largely trusted to do what's right for the customer and for the company.
