At Zift, I am constantly amazed by the willingness of my coworkers to go the extra mile to make others feel like are part of the team. The opportunities to make a difference are endless. Zift gives me all the chances I could imagine to work on meaningful and impactful projects.

Zift has an amazing company culture that operates remarkably flat and thus pushes a lot of decision making down the org chart vs up the org chart; this is actually a top philosophy of the CEO. They have a strong culture of supporting employees and empowering them to do their best work as well.
