What is the best part about your compensation package?
ZB is known to have a strong compensation package and considered a best place to work in my area. Compared to my peers at other companies, I typically have better wage, bonus, and benefits options.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a quick process. I had two phone interviews and one on-site interview all within a few days of each other. I knew the evening of my on-site interview that I had gotten the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunities - at a global company, I have the opportunities to connect with team members all over the world. The large size of our company allows me the opportunity to work on numerous projects with big impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a team. I feel supported and respected within all of my work groups. I get opportunities to advance in my career and take on new opportunities daily. I get positive recognition and reinforcement on a regular basis that lets me know I am a valued contributor and will have a successful career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. I joined ZB four years ago not knowing anyone on my working team or in the function overall, but I have made such amazing connections and lifelong friends. Some of my coworkers came to my wedding, and I vacation with others. The people make my ZB experience a million times better
