Pay is well below market standard. Watching the stock value tank makes the stock options a horrible benefit.

Zimmer does not effectively train their employees. The education at Zimmer is the worst in the industry.

Coworkers need training and better direction and resources from the manager to effectively manage and complete projects. We could work better if work is delegated across dept evenly and by skill set, and reflected fairly in title and compensation

Have the people doing the interviews have an understanding of what the job is actually about

HR Managers and reps should be fair and welcoming to all candidates and show bias at the greeting. Interview questions are antiquated and should be more reflective of what the company/dept is really looking for to fit with the org culture and business need.

People who interview should know the skill they are asking about in interviews

Don't use an outside company that has little knowledge of the company, buildings and people. It feels very impersonal.

The position for which I applied closed & was instructed to apply for different job which I did. then told to apply for another job. Should have to apply for one job - not 3.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that our implants will improve the quality of life for any of the patients that their surgeries was very rewarding. Working for Biomet before the merger, and Zimmer Biomet after, made us proud to know that we were a part of making other peoples' lives better with our products.
