Zimmer does not effectively train their employees. The education at Zimmer is the worst in the industry.
Work harder and leave the joking for after work, cause if you work fast they won’t care for y
Coworkers need training and better direction and resources from the manager to effectively manage and complete projects. We could work better if work is delegated across dept evenly and by skill set, and reflected fairly in title and compensation
Everyone is for themselves and nobody wants to help for the common good, going home on time!
