What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture at Zimmer makes it a horrible place to work. Management is unavailable, and often puts employees against each other.
Clean house, production can be much more productive and less cocky
Follow the established processes and guidlines
Ethical leadership that is fair. Also have IT leadership know a little about technology.
