Every above RSM is terrified of loosing their job to a COO who has no modern skills or training in leadership and management. It is so bad, I use them as my example of what not to be in my leaderships master's program.

The IT leadership team needs to put Zimmer Biomet longevity first and their behavior to save themselves (due to their lack of experience making sound decision-making) and associated high paying salaries on a different scale of priority. Hence, there is no IT leadership at Zimmer Biomet.
