The people who interviewed me were very straight forward with how they felt

Review from Sales Dept

Being well briefed on purpose of job

I got to meet the leaders of our territory, and all the employees at our main office, so they made sure I knew I had help when I joined.

The interaction between everyone involved

Simple and good communication throughout

Review from HR Dept

Didn’t find it any different from other interviews, just not open to inform you the there are schematics to follow, instead a i’m unknowledgeable indivi

Pleasant people and atmosphere was nice

Met with not only the hiring manager, but a team member and an additional manager from another department.

Review from Operations Dept

It was a quick process. I had two phone interviews and one on-site interview all within a few days of each other. I knew the evening of my on-site interview that I had gotten the job.

I never felt uncomfortable, the interviewers were very easygoing.

Review from Operations Dept

Meeting with the hiring manager and understanding the role and goals

Review from HR Dept

I enjoyed preparing for and delivering the case study.

Fair, good, short, fine, ok

Review from Operations Dept

It was purely behavioral for my specific role

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Have the people doing the interviews have an understanding of what the job is actually about

HR Managers and reps should be fair and welcoming to all candidates and show bias at the greeting. Interview questions are antiquated and should be more reflective of what the company/dept is really looking for to fit with the org culture and business need.

Don't use an outside company that has little knowledge of the company, buildings and people. It feels very impersonal.

The position for which I applied closed & was instructed to apply for different job which I did. then told to apply for another job. Should have to apply for one job - not 3.

People who interview should know the skill they are asking about in interviews
