lack of resources, doing the opposite of what is reccomended and stuck in a good boy network.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every above RSM is terrified of loosing their job to a COO who has no modern skills or training in leadership and management. It is so bad, I use them as my example of what not to be in my leaderships master's program.
