This a horribly run company. Turnover is unacceptably high. When someone quits remaining employees are expected to pick up the slack with no extra reimbursement. There is no guidance, and leadership is unengaged from the top down.

Pay is well below market standard. Watching the stock value tank makes the stock options a horrible benefit.
