
There is a strong dichotomy between men and women at this company. Simply said, advancement for women in high positions is literally non-existent or to advance is an uphill battle.
The IT leadership team needs to put Zimmer Biomet longevity first and their behavior to save themselves (due to their lack of experience making sound decision-making) and associated high paying salaries on a different scale of priority. Hence, there is no IT leadership at Zimmer Biomet.
