Today marks my 1-year anniversary working as an employee for Zimmer Biomet (I started as a contract worker in 2018). My experience has been nothing short of amazing! I'm part of a team that created and maintains a health-care app, and I get to work with wonderful, smart people every day!

I never felt uncomfortable, the interviewers were very easygoing.

They're always available to help, and very easy to work for.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do my favorite thing - read/edit, in my favorite subject: medical education.

We all have different qualities that contribute to delivering an excellent product, and everyone has respect for all of the others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My medical coverage is very good, but I have to say the best thing is that I already get 15 days PTO per year - I had this from the day I was hired!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would have to say the trust. No one feels like they're being watched, we're all just able to do our work. This is because we all feel excited about what we do and look forward to seeing what work needs to be done next.
