What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

colleagues, my co-workers are good, but unhappy, unfortunately

The communication and desire to achieve positive results.

The coworkers but they are leaving also

Progressive outlook and attempts at training modules

There is no positivity in the culture or environment. They treat their employees and patients as disposable and dollar signs. If COVID-19 was more contagious or deadly, the casualties of staff and patients would have been vast as there was no focus on keeping anyone safe.

Everyone is constantly striving to better themselves.
