Communication and really try to manage instead of avoiding issues
Listening and actually addressing issues that are brought up and not pretension everything is great. Nobody is fooled and people feel less heard and respected. And will leave.
The company has expanded rapidly during the pandemic which has blown open all of their inconsistencies, lack of humanity, and horrible management. They gaslight employees when safety violations are brought up. All of the clinic staff and patient's safety have been blatantly ignored esp during COVID.
Better salary and benefit’s and more than a yearly 1% rai
I am undercompensated for the complexity of tasks and volume. Stop cutting corners and fully staff teams.
They will add on your workload without compensation. There is NO accountability. Money is there only goal. They could not care less about patients or staff. The turnover is high, pay is low, and your mental health will go down the drain. Save yourself.
leadership needs to be open and work with people more
It is not my coworkers that are the issue. It is management. Departments do not communicate. Managers do not train effectively or at all. My coworkers and I could work together more if we had leadership that knew how to run a healthcare organization or train fluently across departments.

A joke or a bad joke
Sloppiness. Across the board. Greed.
They desperately need leadership and accountability. Information is not given correctly to staff because management doesn't even know what is going on. The "leaders" are completely unattached to what is occurring on a daily basis. This leads to unhappy staff and in turn, patients.
