Its not good at all. They only care about sales but its all this fake facade. They put in all this effeort to make it look like every employees cares immensely about each customer that walks in. The truth is that they wouldnt even care if their employees dropped dead as long as the sale was made

There was nothinh that stood out to me it was the process as any retail store
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are expected to do so much fo so little pay. Everyone in our store should be payed way more then they are. They expect you to use your unpayed timw outside of work to essentially study for work.
