The comapny itself is not bad. The current store manager takes advantage of their position to be lazy and makes excuses as to why he is not able to do basic tasks thag everyone can do.

The team is fresh because everyone leaves due to new management. Theyre inexperienced but willing to learn.

You dont just explain your life to another person, you get to learn what the job entails
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although commission helps a lot, it is basically impossible to survive off of minimum wage if your store is located in a place with little traffic. Less buyers is less money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on training sales associates to move up. The focus is always on high sellers and sales associates are stuck in their positions because no one ever trains them to become better.
