I enjoy having a free environment, but i feel as though new hires are overloaded with work that is inconvenient, rather than being properly trained in an efficient manner, the 2nd manager at my location has trained all of the new hires with no help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a wage that fairly matches current inflation, not only among stock margins but also the actual products sold at the store, as in a discount wouldnt be needed as an employee if they were actually paid enough to afford store products.
