Work is pretty easy, I look forward to meeting and talking to people as well as seeing my coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its mainly on how you think and process things. I didn't need any retail experience while interviewing as a sales associate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Zumiez culture is very fun and energetic, the company treats you like a human being rather than just a body, they actually care about their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers have never yelled at me or made me feel less than. They all have treated me with respect and understood that I am a human too.
