Being appropriate with thier staff.
Communication is toxic and unhealthy
Learning protocols and treating their employees like people instead of numbers on a stats board. Giving equal oppurtunity among employees and hiring authentic kind and valuable employees instead of filling a spot with anyone willing to work anywhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation increases keeping up with the cost of living increases would be a great start.
Higher wages across the retail part of the entire company

Starting wages at minimums is too low
Living in San Diego, CA and being the most expensive city in the country becomes challenging when trying to balance your income vs. cost of living and expenses

Nothing they don't care about anything
we didnt have any company meetings
They need to improve on basic work skilss

Better wages for full time employees.
Dm visits being more regular
Fire one of the managers. Specifically the bully. They make the work environment hostile.

Hire people to actually wanna work
Too many caviats, essentially a personality quiz. They don't care about experience. Just how easily they can manipulate a worker.
Actually conduct an interview. I was basically just hired.
Have one on one interviews for assessment instead of a group

Communication just needs to be better. It's very toxic is very hostile. It's very aggressive.
A change of Management would help
Hire professional employees! Everyone is so unprofessional

It is not much that the company can do, because overall it is a great company, but the management is the main reason why I don't feel comfortable at the current location. The management doesn't listen when to their employee, and I as an employee doesn't feel welcome to share my feeling on the sore
