What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think Zynga pay well against the market and the perks are really great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The studios are all different so each team and part of the business has its own vibe. Its great to have lots of different teams - but we could work harder on sharing between teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the visibility and transparency around how Zynga operates. The leaders really help to create context and then allow space for really smart teams to deliver and solve hard problems. There is also tons of focus on having fun at the same time. Keep it up!
