The leadership team feels like they are making conscientious efforts to put Zynga on the map globally again while remaining committed to supporting and fostering an environment for women to grow professionally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation feels fair and representative of a meritocracy. I appreciate the transparent talks I've had with my supervisors who make me feel valued and like they have my best interests in mind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate working with people who are friendly and dedicated to the game making process. We come from vastly different backgrounds, and it's great we all manage to find common ground. Dog-friendly workplace with understanding coworkers is always a plus too.

My team exhibits the best qualities you could ask for in coworkers - intelligent, experienced, helpful, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to building an amazing game. I also appreciate our management team does their best to support our individual goals and maintain good morale across the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love making games, learning new skills, and having an impact across the workplace; Zynga enables me to do so and also invests in me, providing growth opportunities other companies would not deign to consider. These responsibilities demand much, but Zynga recognizes and encourages self-starters.
