My team and the people throughout the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is present and very transparent about our future and the decisions they are making to get us there! They genuinely care about their employees and our work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be working for the same goals and supports each other to get there. We are all very passionate about what we're doing so I think that creates a very positive environment!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I actually started at the company long ago when we were a start up but have experienced the recruiting process more recently from hiring people on my team and they were impressed by our interview team.
