BIO: Mr. Stephen J. Squeri, also known as Steve, has been Vice Chairman of American Express Company since July 2015 and has led the Business-to-Business Group since October 2015. Mr. Squeri served as Group President of Global Corporate Services at American Express Company from November 2011 to July 2015. He served as the Group President of Global Services at American Express Company from October 2009 to November 2011 and served as its Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President from May 2005 to October 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development/Head of Corporate Development of American Express Company from July 2008 to September 2010 and oversaw mergers and acquisitions.
