BIO: Pat began his career as the Engineering Manager at Moog Ireland in 2000, subsequently becoming the General Manager for that facility. Over the years, Pat has held various positions in Moog's Industrial Group, including management of core product development, supply chain, process development and IT systems. Pat became an Officer in 2012 and took on a corporate role accountable for Global IT, indirect procurement, and various shared services. In 2015, Pat was appointed President of Moog Industrial Group before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in December 2021. In February 2023, Pat became Chief Executive Officer of Moog Inc. Prior to Moog, Pat worked for consumer electronics company Philips in the Netherlands; consultancy company ERA Technologies in the UK; and technology commercialization at University College Cork in Ireland and ran a start-up company in Ireland.

Mr. Jones served as the Chief Operating Officer of Oshkosh Corporation since August 1, 2012 until January 21st 2016. Mr. Jones served as an Executive Vice President and President of Access Equipment Segment of Oshkosh Corporation since July 2010. He served as the President of Medtec Ambulance Corporation. He served as President of JLG Industries, Inc. since July 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President of the Access Equipment segment at Oshkosh Corporation since July 2010. Mr. Jones served as Executive Vice President of Oshkosh Corporation and served as its President of Access Equipment Segment from May 2010 to July 2010. He served as the President of Fire & Emergency Group from October 1, 2008 to May 2010. He served as President of Pierce Manufacturing, Inc. since July 10, 2007, where he was responsible for Medtec Ambulance Corporation and Kewaunee Fabrications, L.L.C. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Fire and Emergency Group. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Airport Products Business Unit of Oshkosh Corporation since joining in 2005. where he led a strategic International initiative. He has been in specialty vehicle manufacturing for more than 20 years. He served as Vice President of sales and marketing of Oshkosh's airport products of Oshkosh since August 15, 2005. He has almost 20 years of management experience in the fire and emergency and bus industries, encompassing all aspects of sales, marketing and operations and the last 12 years have been focused in the fire and emergency industry. He served as Vice President of sales and marketing at Akron Brass Company from 2002 to 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Emergency One, a manufacturer of fire and emergency vehicles. Mr. Jones has been a Director of Oshkosh Corporation since January 1, 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Thor Industries Inc. since August 1, 2014. He serves as Director of the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers' Association and the American Ambulance Association. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from North Texas State University.
