Belk – Since Covid it has been a mess, no help and staff thst returned is over worked. Biggest probkem is the schedule. HR hasn't posted it when due in over three years. Management is slwsts making excuses for her. This is why people call out. Very frustrating.

There is absolutely no praise unless you are getting credits for the store. Part time compensation is non existent. Most companies give part time employees psid vacation and petsonal days, but. It here. This also contributes to call outs on critical days.
