The work culture was terrible and it is hard for a part-time person juggling other things. They want you to make them a priority but when something happens to you, they will not do the same.

The company culture is wonderful. However, the company neglects the complaints filled about store management which keeps the atmosphere of the store negative.
Be more diverse and train leaders to lead.
Sometimes it only take a minute to see how a person day is goin and their well being . They are more concerned about an order than the person mental state

All new managers . The current store manager got used to being the " active store manager " until the new one came . But its like all of them are rude . One manager/lead keenia made a comment that rubbed off completely wrong.
Top level executives need to work in a store and show us how they could possibly handle all of the priorit
