Can't fully explain when associates are always kept apart. We all have a task and no time for idle moments.

Coworkers would rather step on each other's neck than actually train and teach another person. During the morning meetings would say the traffic is up in the store but it never was. The store was empty. A senior woman in the store screamed at me and management didn't acknowledge that blaming me.

It really isn't the co-workers, they are just reacting to the environment. Teamwork is important but the environment is not conducive to it.
