What are some of the best things about your team?

Outgoing, caring, motivational, team player

Nice, caring, hard working, punctual

Our team cares about each other and we strive to do our bedt.

My team was nice meaning my associates my managers had the idea that they were better than their staff

We have a few long time that can communicate, otherwise its managers screaming credit and downloads to get their bonus.

Most of them act as a family

We only have huddles once or twice a month on Saturdays for approximately 5 minutes. I'd barely call that a meeting tbh.

They work hard with very little compassion shown.

All of the associates get along great. We are truly a family, as we spend more time together than we do at home.

There are associates who have been with the store for awhile, they are seasoned and dedicated to the success of the store and are eager to work as a team, they give great feedback to each other and excellent customer service to our guests. What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

my coworkers are great but not trained in what I consider retail basics.

Work as a team with clearly defined goals and set standards

Could be more team focused. Although I have to say it would probably help if training was provided before sending out new employees to tackle tasks that can be very overwhelming without some kind of explanation of how things are done and why

Work ethics and dress more professionally.

Coworkers would rather step on each other's neck than actually train and teach another person. During the morning meetings would say the traffic is up in the store but it never was. The store was empty. A senior woman in the store screamed at me and management didn't acknowledge that blaming me.

Work instead of socializing, gossiping, and spreading rumors.

They need to learn how to read, stay off their phones and actually WORK . To much favoritism in the store

New people beed to learn how to work together

It really isn't the co-workers, they are just reacting to the environment. Teamwork is important but the environment is not conducive to it.

Everyone knows the senior leaders are liars and suspect dishonest behavior
