Lots of favoritism, sloppy food, lazy management, and unfair working conditions. Making bartenders pay tipshare and also not receiving it even though they are making drinks for the entire restaurant. I use to love my job but it has really gone down hill the last few years. Very sad

Actually leading the team. Treating people with respect, showing guests that we actually have managers, taking pride in the food we are selling to people, and taking customer complaints instead of pawning them off on the server.
