  • I've been here for three years and it's definitely improving. We are moving from a political, fear-based, command-and-control culture to one that is open and experimental. Heavy emphasis on agility and "safe to try." Gaining more support and momentum from the executive leaders, one by one, but that's enough. Still have some "frozen middle" struggles here, but seeing genuine honesty and connection from our CEO along with her saying no to the wrong things, so we can say yes to the right things. It's pretty cool to see. I'd say one of the more transformative orgs in Tampa right now.
