The amount of passion that my leadership team puts into their work is amazing. I only wish we had more leeway when it comes to menu decisions.

Make good tips, Margie is awful lots of smoke breaks and outbursts.

An amazing group of people.

Review from Sales Dept

Doing their literal job ever.

The management team needs to improve in communication enforcement of food safety regulations

Review from Sales Dept

managing... they lost 3 tables to the sous chef screaming like a baby and no one said anything

Be more honest about hours

Communication, professionalism, listening to their workers

Not steal my money, fairness, and not sexually harass staff they feel uncomfortable

Review from Customer Support Dept

More clear direction and overall communication. Better training programs would most definitely help the staff perform better, as well as a re-evaluation of what is expected of a employee to do the job.

recognizing when they overwork the staff, communication, following through with promises, keeping equipment i usable condition

Staff the store correctly & comfortably by using better judgment in hiring practices. We need staff members desperately. This includes hiring new management that actually cares, not just staff members. Termination of Staff Members Who Constantly "Call Out" without disciplinary action.

Being able to give constructive criticism i stead of berating you for something small. The only reason employees work there is the money. Nonody would want to work for a man who creates toxic work environment. Everyone hates him. I think he hates himself. He gets away with trashing his employees.

When you work for a company that mission statement things to want to be a part of a community without discrimination. You should use those values because it makes a company looks bad when someone Is begging for help and yet nothing but a pat on the back to ease your wounds

More Communication between staff member

Leading the restaurant, guest involvement, most assume we have no management, taking customer complaints instead of pawning them onto the server, taking pride in the food instead of sloppy messy food. Service manager should be reaching out for events instead of asking servers to do it with no xt pay

Actually leading the team. Treating people with respect, showing guests that we actually have managers, taking pride in the food we are selling to people, and taking customer complaints instead of pawning them off on the server.

Properly compensating employees for the time worked, not taking money from the lowest paid staff just because business has picked back up. Don’t work employees past 40hrs a week

Review from Sales Dept

They need to lead. PROFITABILITY is all they care about. We had 3 people test covid positive and were told to work

Verbal abuse, bullying, management, refusal of fixing problems

Review from Customer Success Dept

Effectively being on the same page about restaurant issues
