We are a very close bunch, if not family. My coworkers are one of the only reason I've held on for so long. I've made incredible friendships that have lasted for a decade plus and continue to this day. I love my team, but unfortunately the corporation does not at all.
Hourly team is generally good. but management team doesn't follow through making sure everything is done
My co-workers are all great. It is the management that lets us down. We can't keep kitchen staff so the servers get all the blame in fear the cooks will quit if managers all them out. The people who work there are very supportive. Thats why I like it.

Not being lazy, showing up on time, showing up period, not having attitude, and knowing how to do their job
Teamwork and work ethic needs to be enforced.
Leadership needs to be shown.
We don’t have meetings or train new people correctly. It’s a free for all. Server training should go back to like it was with classrooms and validation. Not just throwing them on the floor after 3 days of following. I would be happy to thoroughly train new servers so we can all work toget
