What is the best part about your compensation package?
my health insurance and my vacation

Many perks for me and my family that include health, food, extra compensation, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see our lower staff compensated more. I do not think that servers should be responsible for paying the hosts. It is almost criminal when certain states only pay the minimum $2.13 an hour, for servers and hosts alike.
