Interview process was extensive but very conversational and focused on helping me learn about the company, team, and role rather than cross-examining me. Seriosuly one of the most enjoyable interview processes ive experienced.

Pay is not comensurate with the hours required to be successful. I'm staying for the professional growth opportunity, but will have to leave for higher pay if I dont make at least 10% more in a year or so because of what I'm worth in the market and the increased cost of living in my city.
