Suzanne Gang is a terrible manager. Seven of the 9 team members quit under her management within 9 months of her as their manager.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management on the Amazon account is not supportive of staff. Talent Acquisition Managers are in over their heads and divisive in nature.
