That’s a hit miss subject, puts on a good show but does not promote the people under nieth

Follow through with evaluations, training in the companies policies and procedures. More defined roles for subordinates better help with career planing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a group, we earn the median wage in our geographic location. Ours is highly technical and demanding work. Our compensation should reflect that. Thank you.

The accountability is focused in a negative way. There is no effort to create solutions for the individual who is accountable, only an effort to finger point. It creates a negative vibe in the work environment.

There can be more vetting and questioning of myself. I have no idea what criteria the company sought to evaluate me with. I was simply offered the role.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to get rid of the do more with less mentality. My team and I could work 12 hours a day 4-5 days a week all year and still can’t stay on top of everything we need to do.
