I feel the benefits at CBRE could be much better.
There is a high level of accountability among all people within the company.
They demand a high level of accountability, as they should. It flows down to everyone else.
There can be more vetting and questioning of myself. I have no idea what criteria the company sought to evaluate me with. I was simply offered the role.
What makes me most happy is the chance to advance a project or work. Knowing that things are moving along and that I can engage in it is motivating.
The accountability is focused in a negative way. There is no effort to create solutions for the individual who is accountable, only an effort to finger point. It creates a negative vibe in the work environment.
