'make work flow' is a joke - the integrations and internal processes are inefficient and difficult to navigate. Development needs to be held accountable to resolve bugs and create software customers actually want to use.

I am paid significantly less than most of my team, despite being one of the top performers. Its completely demoralizing to know that I am valued significantly less than those doing far less work.

Central is a complete disaster. Salesforce does not integrate well with CSM whatsoever. The egos in dev are completely unchecked - they do not care about customers whatsoever. Sales is consistently overpromising on a product that cannot deliver.
