What is the best part about your compensation package?
Choices with plans and unlimited PTO

I do not get a comp package. Unlimited PTO is nice

Pay rate is competitive and benefits are reasonable and there are a number of options

I have received a few generous raises but I do not have a comp plan. Would love to see yearly profit sharing or bonuses again!
