compensation is not competitive in this market. Same position in other companies has higher base+bonus/commission structure.

The PTO plan is terrible. It is 40 hours a year and that is all. No sick time, no personal time, etc. There should be more PTO or a separate sick time/personal time bucket. Actual pay and commission structure is great.
