compensation is not competitive in this market. Same position in other companies has higher base+bonus/commission structure.

Everyone is approachable and I feel cares about me as a person. Sam is a big reason why I am still at Cherwell as he is one of the kindest and most genuine CEO's I have ever interacted with.
