Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My attention to detail surpasses some of lateral team's work and when I spot issues in work product, I resolve those issues and bring it to my supervisors to confirm my approach is correct. Supervisors agree with me but rarely follow through on correcting issues at a larger scale.

I worked at a different vendor before and was paid more. It was unfortunate that they had to let people go due to a technical issue. My pay now is less then when I departed in 2017.

The pay raises are not enough given inflation. Then the benefits keep going, so in a sense you are losing money when you get a raise.

There are certain benefits that are limited such as, fitness and wellness vouchers and HBS Case study, financial newsletters at discounted rate would be really helpful and the company can think about inclusion of half yearly bonuses.

I am not sure if leadship values me or not. We dont have much conversation. Compensation should be such that a family guy can survive even without night shift allowence. Here case is such that a medical emergency will cost an employee to take loan. Good pay structure will make people motivated in ED
