
I was told lies about promotions, the work environment, and was under false assumptions of how the business would be once I started.
No structure. Meaning for some, being late, not listening, doing nothing, and getting paid for nonsense. Not positive for me, but works for those with no work effort.
I have been there for almost a year and haven’t seen a raise when I do most the work. I’ve learn new departments and learn management procedures, functions, and responsibilities. B
Everyone needs to pitch in and stop making one or two people do everything. They need to stay off their phones, and they need to stop passing rumors and drama around the environment.
