I would recommend anyone work for Todd. He is a great RM. He does all he can to make time for us. He always has the answers and if he doesn't have the answers he gets them. He is very helpful and honest. He's helped me in many ways and I couldn't have gotten where I am without him.

Bonus structures need to be more consistent and pay for GM's isn't consistent though out locations.

Packmates all have the same idea that we take care of the pets and their people first and foremost.

Todd is amazing. He is very in touch with what we are doing and is stead strong on our side as GM's. He wants the best for our team, our facilities and us personally. Won't want to work with anyone else. JUST AMAZING LEADERSHIP

I love my team, I love the pets, I love my customers. I just over all love my job. Just wish i was paid for what I do (How hard I do) and not ridden everyday for what we need to do, we need more PTO time too. I'm killing myself here.

@ hire it was discussed that the previous manager was hitting bonus every quarter so I accepted the position based on thinking that amount was an attainable goal. Almost a year later and I have not hit my goal once as they have continued to change. My center has exceeded goals as well.

My leader is great at looking at the positive even when there is negative. He has his head up all the time even though you can tell he is being pulled in a million directions. He cares more about his team then any manager I have had previously. He is 1 in a million green skittles.
