Most of them are very friendly! Care about each other and work hard.

Everyone is nice and works hard. There is a consistent effort to ensure seeking help doesn't waste anyone's time. But if help is needed team mates don't hesitate to step up.

My direct team works extremely hard to not only meet expectations but go well beyond them. We work well together, support each other, and cheer each other on, all while maintaining a positive attitude.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I feel that most of my coworker still do not accept my new role as I was promoted to PM. 2 of them do not listen nor care about what I saw.

Coworkers would need to greatly improve their communication skills regarding injuries, illnesses, issues, or concerns with dogs in our care. Cleanliness is always an issue and it seems like no matter how many staff meetings we have about the same problems, the issues still persist.

They appear to log on at 10am 3pm and 5pm. They aren't even on their teams except for these times.

Some of my coworkers tend to be condescending when providing direction, and sometimes criticize certain activities even though I was never instructed to perform these activities a different way.

Not hate their jobs. Certain managers could be polite to staff. Better working conditions (like access to drinking water).

Calling out for shifts is done way to often

It would be better if it felt like my coworkers cared about their jobs and weren't just coming in for a paycheck. DP seems to want to build a culture and I think that's important.

Answer is for Center coworkers. DP coworkers are great at times. I try not to deal with marketing because they either don't respond to me or half do the work I asked.
