Right now, my specific facility is in a transition. I feel like some selections for leadership at this site haven't been ideal, and there's a lot of poor negative behavior among colleagues. It's changing slowly though towards the positive.
Manager makes the environment negative. She does not care about anything except taking excessive time off without the company knowing.

While I am supportive of DP's goals, it is difficult to work in an environment every day where I do not feel supported in return. This entire company is extremely understaffed. Nearly every department is crumbling under the pressure of keeping up with the rapid growth, and it is taking a toll.
Over worked and undervalued and underpaid
The workload is nonstop, no time to take breaks due to being short staffed in our department.
I do not even know where to begin with this question. I've had all the necessary conversations with management about all of the issues and we still have not seen effective change.
Clients hate the phone system and changes associated with the business. Everyone feels underpaid
No doctors, not opened enough hours, not enough staff, over priced medications that owners can get a fraction of the vost elsewhere

Communication between corporate and our clinic is lacking. We often feel like we are not treated as real people on the other side of the computer screen. The staff would really like more frequent visits and communication directly with them.
Facility is FILTHY and cant compete with higher end facilities. Not up to date at all.
Nothing is going wrong, per se, other than pay increases not matching inflation rates and increased cost of living, but 95% of the people I've known in this company are here for the paycheck, not because of passion or desire.

Having a manager that has no compassion and has personal vendettas again at the staff is disgusting and disturbing. Several great employees have left due to the manager and how the manager treats the staff.

Everything is moving too quickly. Goal seems to be to get things across the finish line vs. getting things right. We don't move forward with the customer or employee experience front of mind, but more around how project completion will look to the board.

We are expected to work at a pace that is too fast. I'm not able to provide a high quality of work because I'm expected to produce quantity, not quality. I'm asked to perform several different roles simultaneously, and having to switch focus from one role to the other is very stressful.
