They know what they are doing. When Crissy says "I want this" or "I disagree with that", she talks about the actual workflow and client experience, she knows our business top down. Same with Rob and his technical competence. And they show the commitment with moving the business forward!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am willingly helping well outside my job description to help propel the company forward, but my compensation and position have remained the same. I haven't gotten a year over year raise, so I am being asked to do more work, for less pay, with less people. Not a company culture I am interested in.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice and works hard. There is a consistent effort to ensure seeking help doesn't waste anyone's time. But if help is needed team mates don't hesitate to step up.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The startup atmosphere but with good communication between the departments allowing for crunch time when needed but it isn't always crunch time, there is good balance.

I said I don't have a "close friend" because I don't feel a *strong* preference of one person over another - which I think is a consequence of the environment. So, the general ambiance of friendliness, cooperation and focus on helping the company succeed is the best for me.

What makes you most happy at work?
Successfully solving a code issue, helping solve a code issue, or building something new either with coworkers or on my own. Also just laughing with my team about non work related stuff is fun too.
