The pace here is drastically faster than my previous job, but that is the difference between a startup and an incumbent business. But the challenge is exactly what I was looking for to take my skills to the next level. I have great support from my team and boss to do the hard things needed.

The total target compensation dollar amount.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The vision is clear and the changes in how we execute towards that goal change appropriately with the success/failure of efforts on a monthly basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The startup atmosphere but with good communication between the departments allowing for crunch time when needed but it isn't always crunch time, there is good balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice and works hard. There is a consistent effort to ensure seeking help doesn't waste anyone's time. But if help is needed team mates don't hesitate to step up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Successfully solving a code issue, helping solve a code issue, or building something new either with coworkers or on my own. Also just laughing with my team about non work related stuff is fun too.
