What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently not a pet owner but I look forward to utilizing this when I am.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know what the standard is for the industry and know am being paid below it.

It is more work-life balance, rather than me having more compensation. Destination Pet is a wonderful, quickly growing company, but we seem to find ourselves understaffed quite often. This results in extremely long hours. This could be fixed by increase the staff by one to two persons.

This team works together as one unit, better than any other company I have worked at. We work to together daily to bring excellence to our department as much as possible. It makes such a big difference when you can look forward to interacting with your team, and rest assured to produce.

Priorities need to be set and better adhered to. Currently we ignore our set priorities given new information and overwhelm the system, leading to less progress.

Too many emails and messages per day.

I think keeping up employee morale by letting (those who can) corporate employees work remote (I'm happier working from home, less distractions, more productive, no long commutes; and compensating yearly with merit increases/raises. I have not received a merit increase this year)
