What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open. The company is made of free thinkers and innovators. Every idea is heard, and everyone is highly encouraged to bring new exciting ideas to the table as much as possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
True embodiment of the word "Pack/Team". Everyone is heard, and valued, at every level. Fun environment, and some of the most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is more work-life balance, rather than me having more compensation. Destination Pet is a wonderful, quickly growing company, but we seem to find ourselves understaffed quite often. This results in extremely long hours. This could be fixed by increase the staff by one to two persons.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This team works together as one unit, better than any other company I have worked at. We work to together daily to bring excellence to our department as much as possible. It makes such a big difference when you can look forward to interacting with your team, and rest assured to produce.
