Investing more in existing facilities that need help rather than focusing solely on acquiring new facilities. Many of the existing facilities have the potential for exponentially more revenue, but need more hands-on assistance via funding and staffing.

Open communication and understanding when clinics are short staffed and cannot provide services to regional managers as soon as they demand them. And I do mean DEMAND them. It's always a strict timeline for a task that MUST be done!

Benefits are great! However, the hourly paid wage here at Exceptional Pets-Maricopa is under what everyone is making around us at other facilities. EP-Maricopa has grown and is very busy. There are people not getting the same pay for the same job and they have been here longer. Raise hourly wage

We have a lot of people who are natural caretakers and really are in the right industry. Teaching people about dog behavior and how to better interact/communicate with dogs is one of my passions. Its nice when people have a natural ability to work with.

Working in the pet industry has opened some new doors for me. I believe I've truly found one of my professional passions in working with dogs. Being able to help dogs & help their owners to better understand the dog in front of them makes me very happy. I love spending time with all the dogs!
